1.1 This is the Program Rider for the AI Unlocked for Doctors and Medical Practices Program (the Program), issued under the Offering Framework and Drafting Reference. It forms part of the agreement for every Offering purchased under the Program, together with the Program Terms and Conditions, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the applicable Offering Schedule.
1.2 The order of precedence in clause 1.5 of the Program Terms and Conditions applies to this Rider.
1.3 The Program may include Series and Offerings for different cohorts, including general practitioners, specialists, practice managers and other clinical and practice staff. Each Offering Schedule states the cohort, eligibility and CPD position for that Offering.
2.1 The Program's Distribution Partner is Australian Doctor Group ABN 94 615 959 914, trading as AusDoc (ADG). ADG distributes and supports the Program on a co-branded basis. ADG does not contract with participants or purchasers for the Offering, is not the supplier and is not the merchant of record. Ulleo is the supplier and merchant of record.
2.2 As described in our Privacy Policy, we may share a participant's name, email address and phone number with ADG, and receive campaign information from it, only to confirm whether an ADG or AusDoc promotion led to the purchase, to stop ADG marketing that Offering to the participant, and to settle our arrangements with ADG. ADG may not use this information for its own marketing.
2.3 Ulleo may appoint further Distribution Partners for the Program. Any further Distribution Partner will be identified in the applicable Offering Schedule, and the same rules apply to it.
3.1 Primary accrediting body. The professional body most Offerings under the Program will seek accreditation from is the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). This is a Program-level statement, not a statement that any specific Offering is approved.
3.2 Accredited provider. Unless an Offering Schedule states otherwise, ADG is the RACGP accredited CPD provider for accredited activities under the Program. Ulleo is ADG's delivery and content partner, and remains the supplier and merchant of record. As accredited provider, ADG is responsible to the RACGP for the accredited activities, issues statements of completion, and reports completed CPD to the RACGP.
3.3 CPD data flow. To allow ADG to report CPD, Ulleo will, with the participant's consent where the information is sensitive, give ADG the participant's name, email address, RACGP member number, the accredited activities completed and the completion dates, and, where the accredited activity requires it for quality assurance or audit, the participant's submitted assessment or artefact. ADG may use that information only to administer, report and audit the accredited activities, and not for marketing.
3.4 Offering-level facts. The accreditation status, each activity and its activity number, the CPD types and hours, the completion requirement and the reporting timing for a specific Offering are stated only in that Offering's Offering Schedule and must not be assumed from this Rider or from another Offering.
3.5 Who receives CPD. RACGP CPD is available only to participants eligible under the RACGP's rules and the approved activity, as stated in the Offering Schedule. Other health practitioners and practice staff may enrol where the Offering Schedule allows, but no RACGP CPD hours are claimed or implied for them.
3.6 Sponsors. Any sponsor contribution connected with an accredited activity must comply with the accredited provider's approved sponsorship arrangements. A sponsor may not control the design, content or delivery of an accredited activity, and any sponsor presentation is clearly separated from it.
4.1 This section describes how other professional bodies may treat RACGP-accredited activities under the Program. It is a statement about those bodies' own rules as we understand them. It is not an accreditation or approval by any of them, and clause 7.9 of the Program Terms and Conditions applies.
4.2 Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM). For an activity the Offering Schedule states is RACGP approved, and unless an Offering Schedule states that ACRRM has itself accredited or confirmed recognition of an activity in writing, the following wording is the only permitted statement:
4.3 Where written ACRRM confirmation exists. If ACRRM confirms in writing that it will recognise a specific activity, and on what basis, the Offering Schedule for that Offering may replace the wording at clause 4.2 with a statement that accurately reflects the written confirmation, naming ACRRM, the activity, the category and the hours it has confirmed. The written confirmation must be held on file before the wording is used.
4.4 Other CPD homes. Participants whose CPD home is not the RACGP or ACRRM may be able to record participation under their own CPD home's rules. We do not represent that any other CPD home will recognise an activity.
4.5 Prohibited statements. Marketing, checkout, confirmation and support material under the Program must not:
(a) use an ACRRM logo, or describe an activity as ACRRM-accredited, ACRRM-approved or eligible for ACRRM "points" or hours, unless clause 4.3 applies;
(b) state or imply that ACRRM, or any body other than the accrediting body, has approved, endorsed or partnered with the Program; or
(c) state a number of hours for any body other than the accrediting body, unless clause 4.3 applies.
5.1 Do not share patient-identifying information in a Session, chat, exercise, forum, submission or one-to-one service under the Program. This includes names, dates of birth, contact details, Medicare or IHI numbers, images, recordings and any combination of details that could reasonably identify a patient.
5.2 Use fictional or properly de-identified examples and test data only. If patient information is shared inadvertently, stop sharing it and notify us immediately so we can take protective action.
5.3 Section 8 of the Program Terms and Conditions applies. In addition, you must not use the Program to test a tool on real patient data.
5.4 Deliberate or repeated sharing of patient information is a serious breach for clause 8.6 of the Program Terms and Conditions.
6.1 This section applies to every Arranged Service under the Program, as defined in section 10 of the Program Terms and Conditions, including any one-to-one review included in a tier or sold separately. The Offering Schedule states its name, inclusions, price (if any), booking deadline and refund value.
6.2 Who provides it. Ulleo arranges the service with an independent consultant on the panel it engages and sets its format. The consultant provides the service to you in its own name, under engagement terms you accept when you book, and is responsible to you for the advice and report given in it.
6.3 ADG and AusDoc are not involved. A one-to-one service is not part of any accredited activity and carries no CPD. It is not provided by or on behalf of Australian Doctor Group or AusDoc. Where a one-to-one service is sold separately from an enrolment, the booking flow and engagement terms must say so and name the consultant that provides it.
6.4 Program-specific exclusions. In addition to clause 10.4 of the Program Terms and Conditions, a one-to-one service under the Program does not include: clinical advice or anything about a specific patient; naming, ranking or recommending clinical AI products (for example ambient scribes or clinical decision support); connecting anything to clinical software, patient records or any service holding patient information; or a review of a whole practice.
6.5 Commercial conduct. A consultant must disclose any commercial interest, including in any tool or platform it mentions, at the start of the service; keep tool suggestions vendor-neutral; not suggest a tool from which it earns a commission, rebate or referral payment; and not give a quote or proposal in the session. Any further paid work is optional and quoted in writing only on request.
