Website Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the AI Institute website and public website content. A purchase is governed by the Program Terms and Conditions, Offering Schedule and Refund and Cancellation Policy accepted at checkout. Those documents prevail for a paid Offering.

AI Institute is a program and brand operated by Ulleo Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN 84 661 335 173.

1. Operator and acceptance

1.1 AI Institute is a program and brand operated by Ulleo Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN 84 661 335 173, which also operates this website. AI Institute is not a separate legal entity.

1.2 These terms apply when you access or use the website. By creating an account, submitting a form that incorporates these terms, or continuing to use the website after receiving reasonable notice of them, you agree to them to the extent they are legally enforceable.

1.3 If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using restricted website functions.

2. Permitted use

2.1 You may use the website for lawful personal, professional and business-information purposes.

2.2 You must not: gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, system or data; interfere with security, availability or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape, crawl or extract content at a scale or rate that unreasonably burdens the website or circumvents controls; impersonate another person or provide materially false information; use the website to send unsolicited messages or unlawful material; or infringe another person's privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights.

2.3 We may use reasonable technical measures to prevent or investigate misuse.

3. Accounts

3.1 Keep account credentials secure and do not share them. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3.2 You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent it results from your failure to take reasonable security care.

3.3 We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect people or systems, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Unless immediate action is reasonably necessary, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond.

3.4 Program access is also governed by the Program Terms and Conditions and any applicable Program Rider.

4. Website content and intellectual property

4.1 We own or license the website, its design and its content. Third-party trade marks and materials remain the property of their owners.

4.2 You may view, download where enabled and print website pages for your own internal, personal or professional reference.

4.3 Unless law permits or we agree in writing, you must not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, remove rights notices from, or create a substantially derivative training product from protected website or Program content.

4.4 You must not upload substantial protected content from our website or a Program to train or improve a machine-learning model, except where a Program exercise or written permission expressly allows it.

4.5 You may link to a public page in a fair and lawful way that does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. We may ask you to remove a link that is misleading, unlawful or harmful.

5. Information, CPD claims and professional responsibility

5.1 We take reasonable care with public information but website content may be general, incomplete or become outdated.

5.2 Website content is education or general information about a professional service, not personalised clinical, legal, financial or tax advice specific to your circumstances.

5.3 Information about an Offering may change before purchase opens. The final particulars for a purchase are those recorded in the Offering Schedule and accepted contract documents.

5.4 Where an Offering is presented as accredited or seeking accreditation, we will identify its CPD or accreditation status as approved, pending or not accredited. Marketing must not present an activity ID, categories or hours as approved while an application is pending.

5.5 Where an Offering's accreditation is approved, its completion requirement is the requirement stated in its Offering Schedule. Where that requirement is submission of an assessment, a passing score is not required unless the Offering Schedule states otherwise, and an incorrect response is followed by the correct answer.

5.6 If confirmed CPD or another material paid inclusion changes after purchase, the Program Terms and Australian Consumer Law govern the participant's options. This website term does not remove those rights.

5.7 AI tools support, but do not replace, professional judgement. You are responsible for independently assessing any information or tool before using it in practice.

6. Third-party websites, tools and payment services

6.1 The website may link to or demonstrate third-party websites, AI tools and services. We do not control them. Their terms, privacy policies, functionality and risks apply to your direct use.

6.2 A reference or demonstration is not an endorsement unless we expressly say it is.

6.3 Payments may be processed by Stripe or another method shown at checkout. If you select a buy-now-pay-later option, you may enter a separate agreement with that provider. AI Institute does not provide that credit.

7. Availability and security

7.1 We may maintain, change or temporarily withdraw website functions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7.2 You should use appropriate device security, current software and your own backups.

7.3 We take reasonable steps to secure the website, but no internet service can be guaranteed free of harmful code or unauthorised interference. Any limitation in this section is subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy, cookies and communications

8.1 Our Privacy Policy, at /privacy, explains how we handle personal information.

8.2 Our Cookie and Tracking Notice identifies the cookies, pixels, campaign tools and controls currently used.

8.3 Submitting an enquiry or buying once does not, by itself, give unlimited consent to marketing. Marketing consent and unsubscribe rights are managed as stated in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Liability and the Australian Consumer Law

9.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by a third-party site or tool outside our reasonable control.

9.3 We are not responsible for a professional, clinical or business decision you make solely from general website content. This does not exclude liability for a representation or other matter for which we are legally responsible.

10. Changes and general terms

10.1 We may update these terms prospectively. The current version and effective date will be published on the website.

10.2 If a material update affects an existing account holder's use of a restricted function, we will provide reasonable notice. The terms accepted for a paid purchase continue to govern that purchase unless the parties agree otherwise or law requires a change.

10.3 If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary. The rest continues.

10.4 These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
