Version 3.5. This version takes effect on the date it is published on our website.
This Offering Schedule forms part of the AI Institute Terms and Conditions (clause A1.3). It applies to Series 1 only. A later Series needs its own Offering Schedule.
O1.1 Program: AI Unlocked for Doctors: GP Edition. The Program Rider applies.
O1.2 Offering: AI Unlocked for Doctors: GP Edition, Series 1.
O1.3 Offering Type: Type A, a live or blended cohort Series (clauses A5.6 to A5.10). The AI Practitioner tier includes an Arranged Service (section O3), which follows the Type A rules as an inclusion.

O1.7 Delivered by: A panel of clinical and AI facilitators engaged by Ulleo, with guest contributors in some Sessions. Facilitators may change (clause A2.2).

O2.3 Upgrade. An AI Foundations participant may upgrade to AI Practitioner before Session 5 begins by paying the difference between the full published prices of the two tiers at the time of upgrade ($1,000 at current prices), with no penalty and no discount. An upgrade adds Sessions 5 and 6, Activities 5 and 6, and the Implementation Review.
O2.4 Enrolment window. You may enrol after the Series has started: in AI Foundations until Session 4 begins, and in AI Practitioner until Session 6 begins. Sessions held before you enrol are available as recordings, and you can complete those activities from the recordings (clause O5.3). Clause O6.3 applies to a late enrolment.
O3.1 What is included. Each AI Practitioner seat includes one 45-minute one-to-one video Implementation Review, held after Session 6. You bring the workflow or admin challenges you most want to address. The consultant helps you choose a priority, works through it, flags up to two further opportunities, suggests general-purpose AI tools that suit the way you work, and maps next steps. A concise written report follows within 5 business days.
O3.2 Who provides it. The Implementation Review is an Arranged Service under section A14. It is provided by an independent consultant on the AI Institute panel, in its own name, under engagement terms you accept when you book. The booking flow names the consultant and the person who will deliver it before you confirm. Section R6 of the Program Rider applies.
O3.3 Booking. You will be invited to book after Session 6. You must book within 30 days after Session 6 (clause A14.6).
O3.4 Combined practice sessions. Up to three AI Practitioner participants from the same practice may combine their reviews into one call lasting 45 minutes for each seat combined (for example, 90 minutes for two seats). Each participant accepts the engagement terms and receives their own written report, and each seat counts as one review.
O3.5 Rescheduling and non-attendance. You may reschedule once on 24 hours' notice. If you miss a confirmed appointment without 24 hours' notice, one further appointment is offered. If that is also missed, or not taken up within 10 business days, the review is treated as used.
O3.6 Consultant platform. The consultant may offer optional access to its own client platform on its own terms. You may decline it, and doing so does not affect the review.
O3.7 What it is not. It is not CPD, is not part of any accredited activity, is not recorded by us, and is not provided by or on behalf of ADG or AusDoc. It excludes the matters in clause A14.5 and clause R6.4 of the Program Rider. Do not share patient information in it.
O3.8 If it cannot be delivered. If a review booked in time cannot be delivered for a reason within our or the consultant's control, we will arrange for it to be delivered by another panel consultant, or provide an equivalent alternative, such as a written review of your workflow followed by a short call (clause A14.8).
O3.9 No cash value. An unused review has no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold separately from the seat, and does not roll over to a later Series. It passes with the seat on a substitution (clause A14.6).
O4.1 What is included. AI Practitioner includes a tabletop microphone suitable for AI scribing. It is Included Goods under section A14 and is yours to keep. One microphone is supplied for each AI Practitioner seat. If a seat is substituted or transferred, no second microphone is supplied.
O4.2 Similar device. We may, at our discretion, supply a different make or model of device that serves the same general purpose (clause A14.11).
O4.3 Supplier. PB Technologies Ltd, trading as PB Tech, supplies and delivers the microphone through its Australian subsidiary, and handles warranty claims, replacement and returns, on our behalf. The supplier's terms for replacement, warranty and returns apply (clauses A14.12 and A14.14). Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are set out in clause A19.7.
O4.4 Delivery. We post it at no extra cost, after Session 1, to the Australian postal address you give us (clause A14.13). There is no deadline for giving us your address, but we cannot ship the microphone until we have it. If we receive your address after Session 1, we will ship it as soon as reasonably practicable after we receive it.
O5.1 Status. RACGP approval has been granted for the activities in this Series. The accredited provider is Australian Doctor Group ABN 94 615 959 914, trading as AusDoc. Ulleo Holdings Pty Ltd is ADG's delivery and content partner and the supplier and merchant of record (clause A11.4). Section A11 and section R3 of the Program Rider apply.
Each session of AI Unlocked for Doctors: GP Edition, Series 1 is a separate RACGP-accredited CPD activity, provided by AusDoc (Australian Doctor Group). AI Foundations: 6 CPD hours (4 hours Educational Activities, 2 hours Reviewing Performance). AI Practitioner: 9 CPD hours (7 hours Educational Activities, 2 hours Reviewing Performance). CPD applies to eligible GPs who complete each activity's requirements.
O5.2 Activities and hours. The Series has six separate RACGP-accredited activities, one for each Session. No Measuring Outcomes hours are claimed. The Implementation Review is not CPD. Activity numbers are shown on the statement of completion issued by ADG.
| Activity | Title | CPD types and hours |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Session 1: AI fundamentals, safe use and governance | 1 hour EA, 0.5 hour RP (1.5 hours) |
| 2 | Session 2: Tool and vendor evaluation, applied to clinical documentation | 1 hour EA, 0.5 hour RP (1.5 hours) |
| 3 | Session 3: Patient communication and patient-facing AI | 1 hour EA, 0.5 hour RP (1.5 hours) |
| 4 | Session 4: Clinical applications of AI | 1 hour EA, 0.5 hour RP (1.5 hours) |
| 5 | Session 5: Practice operations and business management | 1.5 hours EA |
| 6 | Session 6: Building for your own practice | 1.5 hours EA |
EA means Educational Activities. RP means Reviewing Performance. AI Foundations covers Activities 1 to 4 (6 hours). AI Practitioner covers Activities 1 to 6 (9 hours).
O5.3 Completion requirement. To complete an activity, submit the Session artefact (the assessment for that activity) by the deadline shown for that activity in the learning platform. You can attend the Session live or watch its recording before you submit. Viewing a recording alone does not complete an activity. CPD is recorded activity by activity: you receive the CPD hours for each activity whose completion requirement you meet (clause A11.5).
O5.4 Statement and reporting. ADG issues your statement of completion within 14 days after you complete each activity, and uploads completed CPD to your RACGP CPD record using the RACGP member number you provide. We collect your member number with your consent when you activate your seat. Without it, your CPD may not be reported automatically and you may not receive a statement of completion (clause A11.6).
O5.5 If CPD becomes unavailable. If approved CPD becomes unavailable through no fault of yours, clause A11.7 applies. The refund percentage in clause A11.7(b) is 20%.
O5.6 Other bodies. The ACRRM wording at clause R4.2 of the Program Rider applies to this Offering. No written ACRRM confirmation is held for Series 1, so clause R4.3 does not apply.
O6.1 Refund Cut-off Date: 11:59 pm Melbourne time on the date 7 days before Session 1. If you cancel by then, you get a full refund (clause A5.8).
O6.2 Change-of-mind cut-off Session: Session 1. After the Refund Cut-off Date and before Session 1 begins, you may transfer once to the next suitable Series (clause A5.9).
O6.3 After Session 1 begins: Once Session 1 begins, there is no change-of-mind refund or transfer, including for an enrolment made after that time (clause A5.10). Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
O6.4 Substitution right: Yes. You may substitute another eligible participant into your seat at no charge, with at least two business days' notice before the next Session (section A7).
O6.5 If you can't attend: Every Session is recorded, so you can watch on demand and still complete each activity for CPD from the recording (clause O5.3).
O6.6 Exceptional circumstances: We may approve an exception in exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or bereavement (clause A5.12).
O7.1 You keep access to the recordings and Program materials for 6 months from the start of the Series (Session 1), for both tiers. The same end date applies however late you enrol (clause A10.1).
O8.1 Card: You can pay by card at checkout.
O8.2 Invoice (bank transfer): Individual buyers and practices can choose to pay by invoice (bank transfer). The invoice is due on the earlier of 7 days after it is issued and 1 day before the next Session starts (clause A4.3).
O8.3 Practice bookings: A practice booking of 3 or more seats on one booking and one invoice receives 20% off each seat (section A8).
O8.4 Offers: Offers cannot be combined. Only one offer applies to a booking. The terms of any other offer are communicated as part of that offer (clauses A4.6 and A4.7). No payment plan, two-seat rate or referral credit applies to Series 1. Buy-now-pay-later is available only where it is shown at checkout (clause A4.4).
