Practice details for the tax invoice

After payment you’ll allocate each seat to someone in your practice: all at once, or a few now and the rest later. Each person then completes their own onboarding, where they accept the course terms. Please don’t send us RACGP numbers: participants add their own.

Before you pay

Changing your mind. Full refund for any seat you cancel by 11:59 pm Wednesday 14 October 2026 (Melbourne time). If you cancel some seats from a group booking, the seats you keep are repriced at the rate for the smaller number. After that date, each seat can transfer once to a later Series until the Series starts on 4 November 2026. Once it starts, no change-of-mind refunds or transfers.

Can’t make it? Every session is recorded, so participants can watch on demand. You can also give a seat to an eligible colleague at no charge, with at least two business days’ notice before the next session.
